These fantastic crocheted brooches by Irina Astratenko keep my interest on them! She just cannot stop finding new crocheting techniques. I did a lot of crocheting at some point... It is really not easy to surprise me with a crochet technique :) However, Irina keeps surprising me!

Anything pierced instantly catches my attention! Wood or metal... Does not matter... I equally adore either material when the work is beautiful. This fantastic clock could not escape my attention... of course... :)  So, it is going straight to my Virtual Wish List together with other pierced wooden objects: jewellery box and the smaller clock.
