Rich Blackberry Pie that is easy to make

I have learned something new about Anna after having her in our team for more than 1 year by now. She has a passion in cooking! I am very jealous of her cooking talent, as I have none... Maybe I will improve while publishing her recipes :)
You can see all Anna's guest posts here.

This blackberry pie looks so yummy! I am seriously tempted to give it a try!

Ingredients:
Butter - 5 oz (150 g)
2 chicken egg
Wheat flour - 7 oz (200 g)
Sugar - 7 oz (200 g)
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Fresh or frozen blackberries (you can use blueberries or raspberries instead) - 0.8 lb (400 g)
Sour cream - 0,5 lb (250 g)
1/2 teaspoon of Vanillin

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees (F).

2. Make the pie first. Beat the butter with the 5 oz of sugar, add one egg. Add the flour mixed with the baking powder. Mix everything well.

3. Put the dough in a baking dish. My dish was 10" diameter. Place it into the oven for 10 minutes.

4. Beat up the cream while the pie is cooking: 2 oz of sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Then add 1 egg and beat everything again. Mix everything carefully with the berries. Put the stuffing onto the cooked pie and then place it back into the oven for 30 more minutes. Then turn off the oven and leave the pie to cool down inside it.

Preparation time is 15 minutes and cooking time is 40 minutes.
