I created my first video for youtube! How exciting is that? Nothing extraordinary, just a few pieces from my Port Moody Arts Centre show in September-October, 2009 :)

Beaded hat from Svetlana

I have got a Christmas gift from one of my Internet friends Svetlana Bacileva. This picture is from her website (this is her dauther in it), also, this picture has been in a Russian bead magazine "Modnyi". I have got exactly this hat! Am I not lucky? I think I am :)

Christmas Gifts

This year I made a few Christmas Gifts with the seed beads. I am not at home this year and all my tools and silver stayed there. So, here they are. Hopefully, my Russian friend does not read my blog and cannot see her new bracelet :)

Jewellery I made before my Russian trip

While I am still in Canada I continue working on my jewellery pieces.

These are new and already in a store in downtown Vancouver.

This little hummingbird has an amethyst attached:

I really like using gold plating in my pieces. It is easy to apply and adds interest into them:

This owl has a garnet in its eye, the leaf is made of bronze:

These are just finished.

I found the precious gems of this sizes are quite affordable. I am going to sell these cuties in my online store and allow the customers to choose a precious stone together with the payment. This one has an emerald in its eye. Citrine would look nice there too, I think.

These guys have a garnet and a cz in their eyes. I really should put diamonds instead... as well as sapphires and rubies or blue topazes.
